My sense with your question is the misreading of Aquarius, there’s so much new age spirituality read into this sign these days that just isn’t there in traditional texts. I will try to find something to back this up and provide more context. The things you mention do relate to Aqua, but you also mention the alignment of constellations being different between sidereal and western traditions.
